Meet Laurie Lackland
Laurie and her family have loved living on the Central Coast since 2010. Laurie enjoyed a 20+ year career in the healthcare industry, serving thousands of patients in multiple states. She left her Nurse Practitioner position with the SLO Veterans Administration in 2020 and created Lackland Health Partners to continue helping individuals with their healthcare concerns.

Meet Mandy Hatcher
Mandy grew up in Nebraska, earned a degree in business and human resources, and proudly served 12 years in the Nebraska Army National Guard. After visiting California’s Central Coast in 2023, she knew she had found home. Soon after, she and her partner traded Midwest winters for ocean breezes and sunshine.
With more than 25 years of experience in human resources across nonprofit, military, and federal settings, Mandy is skilled at navigating ever-changing regulations, solving problems with patience and precision, and providing compassionate service. She now brings that same dedication to Medicare, helping clients understand their options with clarity and confidence.
